Take your turning skills to the next level and learn techniques for turning your own beautiful wood bowls. This 4-night class is one of a series that delves more deeply into using certain turning tools to accomplish specific tasks. As you learn how to use the bowl gouge, your goal will be to complete a bowl (or two!) to bring home; however, due to the challenges of bowl-turning, you may or may not end up with a complete bowl.
We provide all safety equipment and a lathe; you provide your own bowl gouge and an optional parting tool. Following this course, you may use Open Shop hours to use our lathes, although you must provide your own turning tools.
Cost: $145 (includes materials)
